IDC Study Analyzes Cost Savings and Efficiencies Resulting from Implementation of Halogen eAppraisal
Amcor Sunclipse North America Saves Over $300,000 a Year Using Halogen Employee Performance Management Solution
OTTAWA, ON - June 12, 2006 - Industry analysts, IDC, recently produced an ROI case study conducted with Amcor Sunclipse North America, one of the top three global packaging companies. The study, which focused on Amcor's use of Halogen Software's employee performance management (EPM) solution, found that Amcor has saved over $300,000 a year and has increased its employee appraisal completion rate by 80 percent since implementing the award-winning EPM solution from Halogen.
Amcor Sunclipse North America, with 2,200 employees, 38 distribution centers and 14 manufacturing plants, experienced its greatest savings using Halogen's EPM solution by reducing the staffing resources needed to prepare and manage their old paper-based system. This reduced burden on its resources saved the company approximately $300,000 a year. Other benefits enjoyed by Amcor after the implementation of the new EPM solution include a dramatic increase in their employee appraisal completion rate and the establishing of clear performance goals that help motivate employees, identify organizational skill gaps and retain and attract talent.
