Halogen's First Annual User Conference Provided Organizations With Immediate Benefits.

The 2006 Halogen Software User Conference was an overwhelming success with close to 100 organizations taking advantage of the unique educational and networking opportunity. Members of the Halogen family were able to exchange insights and ideas while networking with experienced peers and Halogen Software experts. The conference provided an opportunity for organizations to further advance their current processes and to learn entirely new ways to leverage the flexibility of the Halogen Suite.

The Conference hosted more than a dozen sessions presented by the Halogen user community including: Effective Performance Management: Making use of the right tools; Best Practices: Using Halogen eAppraisal to manage disciplinary actions; Implementing 7.1 Features; and Best Practices: Integrating key performance indicators (KPI) with goal management.
