While it’s great to know everything your new software application can do, we believe it’s also vital for you to know exactly how your specific processes and forms work. That’s why we give each of our customers, customized training, not just a generic introduction to the applications.

One of our training experts works closely with your implementation team, and gains knowledge about your business, your processes and your needs, so your training is geared to you, and the particular way you are implementing and using your employee performance and talent management applications.

 

Administrator Training

As part of our Certain to Succeed™ Implementation Methodology, every customer gets Administrator Training for each of the applications they're implementing. Our Trainer will deliver your Administrator training on-site, face-to-face, to a maximum of 5 system administrators, so each learner gets personalized attention and can ask and get specific answers to questions. If it's more convenient for you, we can offer the training at our facilities.

Learn to configure, administer, manage and use your specific process and form, as well as use the application overall to configure additional processes and forms and update user data.

End User Training

When it comes to end-user training, we offer you several options, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs: instructor-led on-site, instructor-led web-based, or customized on-line tutorials. If like some of our customers you want to handle the end-user training yourselves, we can even help with the development of customized training materials.

Instructor-led End-User Training

This training consists of two separate sessions: one for managers, one for employees. They can be delivered on-site or via web-conference, and teach your users how to use your specific process and forms in your application, so your employees and managers get to see exactly what they will see when they log in to the application. They use your screens, language and terminology, and your instructor can even include information on any strategic initiatives related to your Halogen implementation, such as employee engagement or goal alignment initiatives.

Customized Online End-User Tutorials

This is a great way to provide employees with “just-in-time training” and avoid the hassles of scheduling and hosting training sessions. These SCORM compliant tutorials, which can be hosted on your website, walk your end-users through every task they’ll need to perform using your customized application, processes and forms. They include a full text narrative and keyword search capability, so they make a terrific and handy reference tool for all users. They provide a fast, convenient and cost-effective way to train your managers and employees today, as well as your new hires tomorrow.
